Carlos C. came to meet me and brought a few fellow riders, so I admit the time passed quickly for me making new friends as well. Wasn´t that guy collecting $5 for the ¨municipalility¨irritating? I just crossed through the same border and our experience was horrible. 4 hours plus of oppressive heat and bureaucracy at its best. Wish I would have seen this post sooner.
