I read of the "End of the Road" in a coffee table book about the world's greatest drives. After reading about the Darien Gap, I wanted to know more, trying to put it in perspective and imagining what it would be like. I truly enjoyed your photos and the story of your journey, I feel like I was there. Even I felt a little frustrated that there was no "End of the Road" sign. It would've been interesting to see just the road stop and pure jungle ahead of it. But alas, our dream is someone else's reality, and I guess the people of Yaviza would have no use for a dead end road into the jungles. Thank you again for your post.
